Returns & Refund

For hygiene purpose, there will be no refund on any purchase made.

Return or exchange can only be done if there is any major defect of products (damaged or faulty goods, incorrect supply of order).

You may return the defect or wrong item within 7 days from the date you received your item. All refunds will be given in terms of equivalent our Store Credit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods or products, customer will received their store credit refund after 14 working days after the confirmation.

All returns must full fill our return T&C:

• All Items must be returned in its original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed).
• All items must be shipped back to us within 7 days upon item received.
• We only refund once we got the returned parcel
• We only refund in credit term. No cash refunds are allowed.
• Non sale or discounted item
• Non goods or products has been used or damaged by customer

We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
